Philosophy
Number of
projects are increasing in Azerbaijan after signing of “Contract of the
Century”. The project is successful only if it is completed within scope,
schedule, cost, quality and other constraints. Accordingly there is a high
demand for experienced Project Managers, Project Control and Planning
professionals to control these projects. Taking this into account we decided to
prepare FREE video tutorials that will explain definition of project
management, philosophy and importance of planning and the role during the
project. The tutorials will be split into three parts as per “Planning
Triangle”:
1. What is a Project?
2. What is a Planning?
3. Project Planning

Arrow between bar charts and mandatory dependency – The arrow shows FS (finish to start) mandatory dependency between activities. In the existence of this dependency the second activity cannot start prior to the first activity completion according to planning philosophy.
